Buy it for Opal alone...brilliant tune...deep, emotional, and uplifting. Waiting for that Fourtet remix to drop on vinyl...
Water
I really love the cover. I felt like I bought a piece of art.
Marad
It's not bad, but boring. Forgettable. Really don't get the hype.
Samowar
I've got the Legowelt Album. An absolute killer but I don't think you can compare it to this sound.
Lavivan
I would recommend Dousk - D.I.Y. It's pretty similar and absolute banger. Nice combination of breaks and 4/4, with both ambiance and dance floor authorityMaybe some Legowelt too, try his album The Paranormal Soul
Voodoozragore
What album should I listen to in this style that is memorable?
Juce
Album of the year, for me. Also, the quality of the vinyl pressing is flawless.
Welen
beautifull , very ambiental and groovy , i love it
Elastic Skunk
Glue is the one for me fellow music bros :)
Burgas
I don't know why so much emphasis is put on 'Aura', which is possibly the worst track of the album, the main synth sounds very cheesy to me. It's really a shame since ALL the other tracks (except Ayaya maybe) are awesome, and it's an excellent album !
Tuliancel
I've never been a big fan of Bicep, excepted for a few remixes, but this is a bore for sure. Flat sounds, poor palette. Don't believe the positive reviews here nor let yourself abuse by the charts, it will be forgotten in two weeks.Ugly artwork also, as usual for Ninja Tune (except Amon Tobin).
Gholbithris
"Lagerfeld of cover-artwork." Hahahahaha. ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Blacknight
I was also clueless when i saw the RA positive review 4.2/5 man, i don't get it neither.
Siatanni
The coverage and the vinyls are high quality af, i didnt see this quality in any other electronic dance music album - artwork is subjective, so dont say it like you're the Lagerfeld of cover-artwork.Damn, even if you dont like it, there's no need for your insulting word choice. Possibly the sound is just to happy for you - if you saw them live you would know its neither flat nor it'll be forgotten in two weeks.
Qiahmagha
Amazing album, been waiting for this to drop for ages. Miss buying this at your peril.
uspeh
10/10! For me, it's one of the best albums this year so far. Every track (maybe bar one) is killer, Bicep fans have known about a few of these tracks for a while now, but nice to finally have them in full-length and also with stunning quality from this pressing. Essential.
Stylish Monkey
Fantastic pressing and focused album. Worth the buy for sure, glad I picked this up.
Sataxe
The Bicep boys succeed in bringing an excellent debut album, throughout the album they experiment with different ideas though never leaving their own style and feel. This album is definitely a must-have for fans of their previous work!
